This installation of objects, arranged on a wooden and ceramic base, reflects an approach close to contemporary archaeology, where recovered fragments and construction-site materials become reinvented artifacts. The base, created in collaboration with a local craftsperson, is part of a shared methodology, establishing a visual and material coherence across the whole work. Through this installation, I question the notion of memory and reuse, transforming objects into remnants of another time. The worn materials, diverted from their original function, become witnesses to an unfinished history, reinscribed in a space where past and present meet. 60 × 140 × 27 cm, 2022.

Cette installation d’objets, disposés sur un socle en bois et céramique, renvoie à une démarche proche de l’archéologie contemporaine, où des fragments récupérés et des éléments de chantier deviennent des artefacts réinventés. Le socle, réalisé en collaboration avec un artisan local, s’inscrit dans une méthodologie partagée, créant une cohérence plastique avec l’ensemble de l’œuvre. À travers cette installation, j’interroge la notion de mémoire et de réemploi, transformant des objets en vestiges d’un autre temps.
